		Carol became a consultant May 1991, and debuted as a Director January 1993 Her unit was recognized in the Circle of Achievement four times and five times in the Circle of Excellence ($650,000 Retail Sales or above); with the highest being $1,100,000 and her unit being recognized as #2 in their Seminar that year!

	The Stoops Unit has been recognized as a Top 10 Unit three times! Carol has earned 5 Pink Cadillacs and now as a National Sales Director gets a new Cadillac of her choice every other year! Carol debuted as a National Sales Director March 2005. The Stoops Area consists of over 25 directors and will have 50 directors in their Area by Seminar! Will it be you?! Carol's highest income in one month was over $21,000! She has traveled around the world training and motivating thousands of women to build successful businesses. Flying to the Philippines to assist in the opening of Mary Kay, she conducted guest events and had the privilege of training the women that chose to be the first consultants in their country. Prizes from Mary Kay fill her home from Star Consultant prizes, to company contest prizes and too many diamonds to count! She has traveled on World-Class trips to Scotland , Ireland , Vienna , Rome , France , San Francisco , Maui and a cruise to Bermuda ! Carol and Bobby have been married for 17 years and have a daughter, Mackie and twin sons Drake and Isaac and of course Golden Retriever Louie!
